Coaches aim to help you recognize where you want to be in life and how you can get there, as well as identify the potential that already exists within you. This is often accomplished through a series of questions designed to help you recognize, accept and build upon your strengths and weaknesses.

A very detailed look is taken into your life dimensions which will help you assess which dimension of your life is affected, how you can create success in that life dimension through the process of creating and reaching your goals. The end goal is for you to start feeling happy and secure in yourself once again.

It is important to note that if one life dimension is affected, its effects will spill onto the other. For example, if you are stressed about your work, you will feel more irritable around your family because your professional life dimension is stressful. If, for example, something is happening in your home front, then it spills into your professional life dimension by manifesting as a lack of focus. It is more important now, more than ever to create a work/life balance. As your coach, we will talk about time management and SMART goals to effectively combine your two lives together.
