Social isolation during the lock down has been one of the leading causes to feel mild symptoms of depressions.
In today’s technological advancements, we have so many platforms like ZOOM, FaceTime, WhatsApp Video Calling that allows us to stay in touch with our loved ones. Schedule calls with your friends and family on a regular basis to have someone to talk to.

Talking to your friends or family allows you to talk about how each of you are doing and relieve the tension that is build up inside. It allows you to feel less stressed and happy just by seeing someone other than your family at home.

GAME NIGHTS:

Family game nights is a fun way to change up the normal routines in the household during a lock down. It allows for a re-connection between family members with laughing, fun and creating many fun new memories. It is a great way to reduce stress, anxiety and feelings of depression.

Art is a great way to give colors for your moods. It becomes a blank canvas that allows you to express yourself.

Every color starts to get a meaning to what you want it to. The more darker shades that you use could give a potential understanding of your emotions.

For example, Black and shades of grey could mean fear, mourning, depression whereas lighter colors like blue, red could mean love, calmness. Every color has a different meaning in how you use it!
